Steps For Your Video
- Announce who you are (any way you would like to identify yourselves)

Recite the Respect Code to each other (in any language you choose). If desired, translate the Respect
Code
into one or more local languages, or check our list of translations to find one that suits you.
"You are my other me."
"If I do harm to you, I do harm to myself."
"If I love and respect you, I love and respect myself." -
Challenge another group (can be anyone) to take the Respect Challenge next!
In order to qualify, you must challenge another group IN YOUR VIDEO - Subtitles are optional. If you add subtitles or captions, please ensure they are above the level of your video platform's navigation bar so they are readable.

Post on your Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and/or YouTube
Account must be owned by someone 18 or older
Tagging is required
The tags are very important, because the tag notifications are how we are notified that you have entered the contest! - Hashtags are required. Use #RespectChallenge, #RespectCode, and #MakeRespectCoolAgain
