It is not always easy to say "I'm sorry" or "I forgive you," but the release of shame and blame can mean the difference between staying stuck and moving forward. Forgiveness is not forgetting or denying something that happened, but a decision to heal ourselves or a relationship. We'll look at ways we've felt hurt, as well as ways that we have hurt others, and find avenues to let go of hurt and regret. We'll find peace and freedom.
